   Hi Yohannes,

   Great work on the port. I used to use a Palm device and was quite happy with Olivetree Bible Reader. However, after switching to a E61, the Olivetree Symbian version is very much lacking for my purpose in a lot of areas. Had a lot of headache looking up for a good bible reader. Also found GoBible quite good, although it is a j2me app.

   Downloaded and installed your port, and find it better than the Olivetree reader, especially the navigation part. However, I have some problems with the encoding. The KJV and ESV bibles that I downloaded does not seem to display quote marks correctly, they appear as square boxes. I tried changing the various encoding to no avail. Do you have any problems with this?

   Hi Yohanes,

   Sorry, also forgot to mention one more thing. I find that scrolling down always misses one line on my e61, unless I change it to full screen.

   Hi Yohanes,

   Your Symbianbible really use ful for me. but i got a problem when i installed it on e 90. I have tried it on n 73 successfully.

   After that, i installed it to my e 90, same pdb file. but after I update the bible list, it appeared with squares box garbage. Can you help me? Which encoding i must use? any idea?

   As far as the square box stuff, that is a font issue. I know because I had that problem too and it drove me nuts. It is necessary to download the clearlyu font from Yohanes bible website. I found installing the font a little complicated but I am a mac user so that is probably why. The bible reader doesnt come with the clearlyu font already, but you can download it on symbian bible site. Hope that helps.

   Salam kenal dulu mas
   Begini mas, dalam beberapa hari ini saya terbeban untuk merangkum ulang konten Alkitab Bahasa Indonesia dalam format yang agak informatif dibandingkan versi yang sudah ada saat ini. Misalnya, saya sudah menambahkan judul Kitab dan judul perikop, dan saat ini saya sedang mengerjakan versi Red Letter untuk perkataan Yesus Kristus. Setelah project ini selesai saya rencananya akan mulai mengerjakan Kitab-kitab Deuterokanonika, Dictionary dan Commentary related dengan teks Alkitab yang kita pakai sehari-hari ini mas.

   Apakah saya bisa ikut berbagi dengan saudara-saudara seiman, khususnya yang menggunakan teks Alkitab bahasa Indonesia ini mas? Misalnya apakah file yang sudah saya kerjakan tersebut bisa dititip ditempatnya mas Yohanes agar teman-teman bisa mendownloadnya? Atau apakah saya harus menghubungi pihak PalmBiblePlus?
